We cook with what’s growing right now. That’s why you won’t find strawberries in December. Instead, you’ll get variety that changes with the seasons and that’s exactly what makes it special.

Food from hier. is freshly prepared by hand, using natural ingredients. Our dishes are rich in nutrients, wholesome and nourishing. They’re healthy and light, yet still filling, carrying you comfortably

through the day.

We cook with regional ingredients.

We source our fruit and vegetables from producers within a radius of no more than 100 kilometers, most of our other ingredients as well, and if there is no other way, we always buy as well and as locally as possible.

We cook seasonally.

We cook with what's currently in season. That's why we don't have strawberries in December. Instead, you'll find a variety of dishes that change with the seasons, which is precisely what makes them so special.

We cook healthy food.

Locally sourced food is fresh and hand-cooked using natural ingredients. Packed with nutrients, our dishes are nutritious and wholesome. They are healthy and light, yet satisfying and will keep you going throughout the day.
